Guest Management
Learn how to add and manage guests for your events
Adding Guests Manually
- Navigate to your Event Dashboard
- Click on the "Guest Management" tab
- Click "Add New Guest" button
- Fill in the required information:
- Name: Guest's full name (required)
- Table Number: Assigned table (required)
- Optionally fill in additional fields:
- Seat Number: Specific seat assignment
- Email: Guest's email address
- Organization: Company or group
- Meal Preference: Dietary selection
- Notes: Any additional information
- Click "Save Guest" to add them to your event

Display other guests seated at the same table when a guest looks up their seat

Show a detailed event timeline with activities and descriptions
Floor Plan
Upload and display a venue floor plan image for guest reference
Menu Display
Upload one or more menu images for guests to view
Photo Background
Customize your guest-facing event page with a background image and dark tint overlay

Allow guests to upload photos during the event with names and messages

Theme Selection
Choose from professionally designed themes that match your event's style. Each theme applies unique typography and color palettes to your guest-facing page.

Event Name
Set the title that will appear prominently on your event page
Event Date
Specify when your event will take place
Description
Provide additional details about your event shown on the guest page
Custom Lookup Title
Change the heading guests see on the search page (default: "Find Your Table")

Access event data, export reports, and track guest engagement
Data Export Options
Guest List Export
Download complete guest information including names, table assignments, meal preferences, and any custom columns in CSV format.
Check-in Report
Export check-in tracking data with timestamps for attendance analysis (available when check-in is enabled).
QR Code Setup
Generate, customize, and download QR codes for your events
QR Code Basics
- Navigate to the "QR Code" tab in your event dashboard
- Your QR code is automatically generated with the DigiSeats logo in the center
- Click "Download QR Code" to save the image
- Print or display the QR code at your event venue
- Guests scan the code to access the event page where they can look up their seating

Allow guests to upload and share photos during your event
What is Guest Photos?
Guest Photos is an extended feature that lets guests upload photos directly from their phones during your event. Photos are collected in a central gallery that you can view, download, and manage from your dashboard.
Key Features
Multi-Photo Upload
Guests can upload up to 10 photos per batch
iPhone Compatible
Supports HEIC/HEIF formats from iPhones along with JPG, PNG, WebP
Names & Messages
Guests must enter their name and can optionally add a personal message
Upload Limit Per Device
Configurable limit (default 25, range 5–100) set by DigiSeats admin to prevent spam
