    Learn how to add and manage guests for your events

    Adding Guests Manually

    1. Navigate to your Event Dashboard
    2. Click on the "Guest Management" tab
    3. Click "Add New Guest" button
    4. Fill in the required information:
      • Name: Guest's full name (required)
      • Table Number: Assigned table (required)
    5. Click "Save Guest" to add them to your event

    Settings Configuration

    Event Information

    Event Name

    Set the title that will appear prominently on your event page

    Event Date & Time

    Specify when your event will take place

    Description

    Provide additional details about your event

    Reports & Analytics

    Access comprehensive event data, export reports, and track guest engagement

    Data Export Options

    Guest List Export

    Download complete guest information including names, emails, table assignments, meal preferences, and RSVP status in CSV format.

    Check-in Report

    Export detailed check-in tracking data with timestamps for attendance analysis (available when check-in is enabled).

    QR Code Setup

    Generate and manage QR codes for your events

    1. 1.Navigate to the "QR Code" tab in your event dashboard
    2. 2.Your QR code is automatically generated for the event
    3. 3.Click "Download QR Code" to save the image
    4. 4.Print or display the QR code at your event venue
    5. 5.Guests can scan the code to access event information and check in
